Yummy Cacao Mousse

Who doesn’t love a good cool chocolate dessert on a hot summer day? Happy summer everyone! What about a dessert that has no refined sugar and protein and probiotics instead? It’s kinda like an ice cream, kinda like a mousse. As you know, I make a cacao CoCoFir which I also eat as a dessert with blueberries. This dessert is similar, offering protein and a thicker density and consistency. Hope you like it as much as I do!


1 package soft organic tofu

1/2 c CoCoFir

1/2 c raw cacao

2 T almond butter

1/2 c blueberries or raspberries or your favorite berry

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt


Place all the ingredients into a blender and process on high until very smooth. Place in four small bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes. I love to serve these with slices of sweet strawberries on top.
