The Good For You Dessert

People are always asking that we post recipes that use muun chi products. People want quick, easy and healthy. This is a recipe created by one of our customers, Jackie who is a trainer for elite athletes.
She sent me a photo of her favorite dessert:
1/2 muun chi UPnola
1/2 c muun chi CoCoFir
1/2 c muun chi Raw Cacao mousse
1 muun chi veggie brownie
Blueberries or pomegranate seeds
Put the CoCoFir in a bowl, add the mousse on top, break up crumbles of the brownie and the UPnola. Top it with blueberries or pomegranate and another dollop of CoCoFir. This dessert will feed the beneficial gut bugs while satisfying the desire to have something sweet and cold after a hot day. Good-bye ice cream, good-bye bloat, good-bye inflammation…hello joy!
