It's that time of year, and people have been asking that I repost the recipe for our watermelon slushy. It is perfect to make and appreciate during these warm days. It's a great way to get a probiotic that our children enjoy!
2 c watermelon chunks
Place them in the freezer til frozen.
When frozen add them to the blender with
1/2 c watermelon kvass
2 sprigs of mint
Blend all the ingredients until you have a wonderful slushy. Garnish with additional lime or mint. Sit back and share your refreshing probiotic with your favorite friend. Ahhhhhhh summer, we love you!!!
