Goji Berry Tea

In honor of the Lunar New Year, I decided to share with you my dad's favorite Goji Berry hot tea. It's super simple, and packed with all these wonderful antioxidants.


1 tablespoon Wildly Organic Dried Goji Berries

  • 1 cup of boiling water

  • 1/2 inch piece of sliced fresh ginger root

  • 1/2 inch piece of sliced fresh turmeric root


Bring your filtered water to a gentle boil. Slice your ginger root and turmeric root. Place in your mug and pour the hot water over the ingredients, cover and let steep for 4 minutes.


It's a wonderful simple tea that is good for the eyes, digestion and any inflammation. I love to save the pieces of goji berry, ginger and turmeric and make my delicious goji berry latte hemp milk that I'll be serving in the shop this week. I hope you'll be able stop by and have a sip. It's simply refreshing and oh so good for you.
