Summer Crunch ‘N Avocado Salad with Kvass

I love all the crunchy veggies that are available during the summer. Mix it with my love of a perfectly ripe avocado, and muun chi Kvass and you’ve got yourself a perfect little summer probiotic salad.


1 diced ripe avocado

1 diced yellow pepper

1 diced orange or red pepper

1 diced cucumber with skin on

1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup muun chi kvass

salt and pepper to taste

cilantro, chopped for garnish


This salad is super easy, fresh, and delicious! The dressing is simply the kvass that naturally creates a smooth avocado dressing just as you toss all the ingredients together. Feel free to get creative and use whatever veggies you have on hand. Yummmmmm:)
