Protein Probiotic Dressing

So many have asked that we offer more dressings. This is one that I developed that I think fulfills my goal of providing everyone with more protein, fiber and probiotics. I hope you like it as much as I do.


1 1/2 c white navy bean with 1/4 c of the aquafaba liquid

4 oz firm tofu

4 oz muun chi CoCoFir

A handful of basil or mint

2 T muun chi sweet immunity

3 T muun chi Golden Turmeric Kvass

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

2 tsp miso

1/2 a lemon, peel and all


Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. This is a thick, creamy dressing packed with all kinds of gut goodness. It’s so yummy and good for you, you’ll want to use it for salads, dips, or as a spread. Enjoy!
