Salsa Is the perfect addition to any table. It is packed with nutrients and flavor. My friend Pat introduced me to this mango salsa and it was divine!! When avocados are in season, you can add these and you might want consider eating this as a side everyday on anything and everything. When I leave it chunky, it feels like a side dish. If you add black beans and some greens, it can be a meal!
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped yellow pepper
1 chopped orange pepper
1 chopped red onion
1 chopped jalapeño
1 chopped habanero
1/2 c chopped cilantro
2 chopped mangos
2 chopped tomatoes
2 limes
2 T Golden Turmeric Kvass
( Optional: chopped avocado, black beans )
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss with the juice of the limes and the Kvass. Serve with carrot chips or jicama slices. It’s super refreshing and colorful and packed with nutrients! Consider topping an egg or your favorite tofu scramble. Yummmm!
