Probiotic Tahini Dressing

Looking for something quick, easy and delicious?

2 tablespoons muun chi Golden Turmeric Kvass

1 garlic clove

1/2 inch fresh ginger root

1/2 inch fresh turmeric root

2 T. extra virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons tahini

2 T. muun chi CoCoFir

Himalayan pink salt and black pepper to taste

Throw all these ingredients into your favorite blender, and you’ve got yourself a beautiful golden delicious dressing that is rich in anti-inflammatory compounds as well as probiotic microorganisms. Tahini is rich in manganese and antioxidants that will help strengthen your bones, your skin and your central nervous system. I love to toss this on my root veggie salad, or as a dip for my celery and carrots, along with my hummus.

Enjoy!
