Avocados are such a wonderful source of healthy fat, vitamin C, magnesium and fiber. This dressing is super easy to make in your blender.
1 large Hass avocado. Pitted.
juice of a lemon
1/4 tsp each of Himalayan pink salt, ground cumin and cayenne
1/4 cup muun chi CoCoFir
black pepper to taste
Blend til smooth. This dressing is great on tacos, sandwiches, salads or as a dip with your fresh cut cucumbers, carrots or celery. Enjoy!!
