Muun chi CoCoFir Morning Parfait

My father has been having trouble sleeping so I started making him my favorite moon milk. There are many variations of moon milk, but my favorite has ashwaghanda, turmeric, and cinnamon mixed into homemade almond milk. I had a little of the moon milk leftover and decided to make my steel cut organic oats using this moon milk. I added a cut up apple while the milk simmered and the result was delicious.

1 c fresh almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ashwaghanda

1 cut up apple

1 tsp raw honey

Simmer the above ingredients for 3 minutes, then add 1/2 c steel cut oats til the oats are cooked, about 20 minutes.

I made this the bottom layer of my morning parfait, and added fresh blueberries and strawberries.

I topped the parfait with muun chi CoCoFir and a sprinkle of muun chi UPsli. It made two generous portions that I served in mason jars. What a fun way to share a little love, and probiotics to boot!
