muun chi CoCoFir Coffee Creamer

Easy, fun and sooooo delicious! This was a fun week at the market. So many people were telling me about their adventures with muun chi products and how they are finding ways to incorporate more and more probiotics into their daily routines.

Mirna shows up every week for her big jar of CoCoFir. She announces that she needs more recipes, that she is feeling less bloated and more energy. Her favorite way of adding to her daily routine, is adding CoCoFir to her coffee! I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I tried it this morning and it was yummy! If you like your coffee sweet, I know some of my CoCoFir lovers add a little honey to muun chi CoCoFir. I just used the original, and it was perfect.

1 cup fresh brewed coffee, make sure it’s organic or grown on a small farm. The big coffee providers are now using glysophate to keep up with coffee demand. Glysophate, also known as Round-up, is a chemical made by Monsanto and is an antibiotic that kills bacteria…including the good ones in our guts!

Stir in 1-2 T of your CoCoFir Coffee Creamer, or simply as CoCoFir with nothing added:

1 c muun chi CoCoFir

1 tsp organic vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp organic raw honey (optional)

If you feel like giving yourself a little treat, I love making it frothy with my little mini-frother,

This little coffee creamer is yummy on its own. Packed with probiotic goodness and is delicious with berries or with muun chi prebiotic UPnola or UPsli.

Enjoy!
