Happy Fourth!!! We are blessed to live in a country that celebrates freedom. I love thinking about all the family gatherings taking place celebrating the joy that we are privileged to live daily. If you’re planning a gathering, and are looking to serve something healthy and yummy this may be something you could serve. It’s fun to know that life doesn’t have to be complicated. This is a parfait that is delicious and festive, and packed with all kinds of goodness for your gut!

2 c CoCoFir

1 c blueberries

1 c strawberries

Cut up your strawberries into bite size pieces. Layer your ingredients in a nice glass container.

Serve with some chopped nuts and you have yourself a probiotic/prebiotic experience!

Enjoy!
