Decadent and Nutritious Avocado Cacao Mousse

Dark chocolate has been getting a lot of press lately, and for good reason. It is packed with

antioxidants flavanols and polyphenols. Antioxidants neutralize free radicals and prevent oxidative stress.

Eating raw dark cacao with no refined sugar or caffeine, improves blood flow, reducing the risk of heart disease, and improves brain function.


Avocado is also packed with nutrients and when combined with raw cacao, and muun chi CoCoFir, you’ll have everyone asking for more.


Soak 3 medjool dates in 3 T warm water. Blend until smooth.

Add to a blender


  • 2 ripe medium size avocados skinned

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao

  • 1/4 cup muun chi Cacao CoCoFir

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp maca


Blend until smooth and fully combined. Chill and serve. If you prefer to have your dessert not as chocolatey, try using muun chi CoCoFir - original.


What a nice way to end your day, Eat this at least 3 hours before bedtime, and you will have a wonderful, restful night sleep.
