Maritza’s Almond-Butter Treats

Maritza and Judy are regulars to our shop. Their little llama from Peru sits above our kvass and smiles down upon us. Our muun chi family is rapidly growing and the sharing of recipes is one of our many blessings. Maritza recently shared her favorite creation that uses our muun chi Almond- Butter probiotic dressing. It's super simple, but has people asking for more. We recently served it at our Sunday event, I definitely will make more next time. Our two platters of Martiza's Treats were gone within minutes of opening our doors.

One head of endive

One small bunch of grapes, raspberries or strawberries

One 7 oz jar of muun chi Almond-Butter Dressing

One handful of walnut or pecan halves.

Arrange your endive leaves in a nice pattern on a platter. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of the Almond-Butter Dressing onto each of the leaves. Place one nut half on each of the leaves, atop the sauce. Put the grape or berry right next to, or on top of the nut.

This savory/sweet appetizer is sure to be a hit. It's easy to make, and such a nice blending of flavors. It is a prebiotic/probiotic goody that you don't want to miss.
