It's so much fun making food that I know my grandchildren will love! They love color and they love anything that looks like miniature somethings. The texture of cauliflower is crunchy and tender at the same time.

This recipe is packed with goodness and oh so easy to make. You'll want to save the dressing for other veggies. Get creative and feel the difference of eating foods with no chemicals or toxins.

Dressing

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 bunch parsley

1/2 c muun chi CoCoFir or the Lemon Turmeric Pudding

4 cloves garlic

1/2 avocado

1/3 c tahini

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Blend these ingredients, stems and all. Add water if you want it to be thinner, add CoCoFir if you want ot thicker

Roast at 400 degrees for 20-30 min. I like to keep the trees easy to handle and a little crunchy so I try not to overbake.

1 head of cauliflower chopped into little trees tossed in avocado oil and a little salt and pepper

Pour your dressing over the cauliflower trees or let your guests dip the trees into the dressing. This is such a wonderful way to introduce a dressing that cleanses your gut and feeds your microbes all at the same time. Yummmmmm!
