Endive Bites

Updated: Nov 12, 2024

As we prepare for our first sit down dinner at the store. I find that time is precious. This is an appetizer that one of our customers taught me. It’s easy and delicious .

Enidive leaves

Jar of muun chi almond butter dressing

A bunch of grapes

A handful of walnuts

*Separate the endive leaves and lay them out on a circular platter in the shape of the sun

*Put a teaspoon of the dressing on the fat end of the endive.

*Place a small grape on top of the dressing with the walnut beside.

*a seasonal pomegranate seed for added color (optional)

The combination of these four ingredients in one bite makes a beautiful presentation and guests love them. Sweet, tart, crunchy, smooth… it’s all there!

Good for the heart and brain:)
