Easy Kefir Dressing

Happy happy holiday weekend!!! As we appreciate and celebrate the freedom we are blessed, I love to think about easy ways to bring friends together. Potlucks are ways I have the opportunity to learn about dishes that are part of your family tradition. The idea of sharing and growing our connections through the love of food is close to my heart. This is a recipe that is a variation of one that I have used as my go to dressing for years.

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1/4 cup muun chi Lemon Turmeric Chia Pudding

1/4 c muun chi CoCoFir

1 T muun chi Golden Turmeric Kvass

2 T olive oil

1 T lemon juice.

I jump at the opportunity to use my probiotics as part of any recipe I create. When we add these beneficial microorganisms to our gut during a feast of food, we often find that we don't over indulge. Our satiated microbes get busy working on the plant fiber we ingest, and there is little desire to keep eating mindlessly. Happy eating! Happy healing!
