Fresh Cranberry Apple Orange Relish

Updated: Nov 24, 2024

A dear friend of mine would make a cranberry relish every Thanksgiving. This muun chi version of her relish has zero sugar. Instead it’s sweetened with a whole orange, apple and pomegranate. I think of Jill often but especially every time I smell fresh cranberries. I miss and love you very much Jill!

1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries (make sure they are organic), chopped in a food processor

1 orange puréed with peels on

1 T Muunvass

2 apples finely chopped

1/3 c pomegranate seeds

1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1/4 cup chopped pecans

1/4 c chopped mint

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently with fresh chopped mint. I love the smell of autumn mixed with lots of love and gratitude. Enjoy a a little autumn crunch as you express your gratitude and love with friends and family. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I love you!
