Banana Mango Gelato

It’s summer and don’t we all love eating something cold and sweet when it’s hot? This creation is a cross between a sorbet and an ice cream. It has zero refined sugar and 100% gut goodness. Make with your children and they will be sure to want more!

Children love eating their own creations.

3 bananas sliced and frozen overnight

Blend the frozen bananas with

1/2 c blueberries (frozen is fine)

1 Alfano mango

1/2 c muun chi Mango Chia Pudding

Spread the nondairy mixture in a glass bowl and place back in the freezer for a couple of hours.

Scoop into bowls and top with more berries.

This mixture can also be placed in popsicle molds and made into probiotic pops! Enjoy staying cool while feeding your gut microbes:)
