Almond Chia Pudding

This is a fun way to add a little protein into your probiotic experience. This is a probiotic/prebiotic treat that will help your gut microbes produce the short chain fatty acids, such as butyrate. These SCFA’s are great for strengthening the lining of your gut, reducing inflammation and building your immunity. It’s so easy to make, and packed will all kinds of goodness for your gut and your overall health.


2 c CoCoFir

2 T almond butter

1/4 c chia seeds

1 medjool date

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp maca


Put this in a blender, drink as a shake, or place in the fridge overnight to have it reset to be more like a pudding or spread. Enjoy!
