Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

If you’re looking for something quick and easy to make, try this simple side dish that is sure to bring smiles.


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Chop one head of cauliflower into small bite size flowers.

Toss with avocado oil - 1 T is plenty.

Add 2 T spicy sweet immunity and

some salt and ground black pepper.

1 T curry powder

Toss gently and spread on a baking sheet.


Roast for 30 to 40 min until tender. Serve with a spicy lentil dal or your favorite curry dish. You may add it to an existing dish or have it stand alone.
