CoCoFir Facial

Updated: Mar 29, 2021

We're in our homes. No surprise guests. What better time than now to give yourself some pampering? How about a DIY kefir facial?

When our guts are happy, our skin is happy. Everything is connected! Often when the gut gets balanced and the microflora is at its best, your skin glows, is radiant, and free of surface disruptions such as acne or eczema. I will often take my coconut milk kefir and spread it on my face for an awesome facial mask treat. I can feel the enzymes doing their job to moisturize and feed my skin important nutrients. It feels tingly, refreshing, and super light, unlike a lot of heavy masks.

The oils from the coconut milk have been known to help fight aging and improve wrinkles, tightening your pores and giving your skin a more youthful appearance and feel. Gotta love muun chi coconut milk kefir. It tastes so good, and it does wonders for the skin, inside and out!
