Happy Mother s Day!!! When the weather warms up, I love to head to the hills or beach for a picnic. This dish reminds me of flavors of nature merging to explode in my mouth. This dish will help your organs detox and awaken.

6 bunches of fresh parsley

1 c chopped cherry tomatoes

1/2 c chopped sweet onion

1/2 c chopped celery

1/2 c hemp seeds

Dressing:

1/2 c fresh lemon juice or muun chi Golden Turmeric Kvass

1/2 c olive oil

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 T muun chi Fermented Roots

Combine the dressing ingredients until smooth.

Chop the parsley in a food processor. Transfer to a big bowl and add the tomatoes, celery, onion. Pour the dressing when ready to serve. Toss gently! And enjoy! Feel free to add more protein - nuts, beans, quinoa. The possibilities never end!
