Cacao Banana Chia Parfait


If you love the combination of chocolate with banana, then I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy this little parfait. It's packed with omega-3's and magnesium, great for anti anxiety and brain health. I like the use the banana and its peel, but feel free to use a peeled banana if you prefer.


Blend the following ingredients til smooth


1/2 a banana

1 c CoCoFir

1 T almond butter

1 T raw cacao


Add to the mixture


2 T chia seeds


Layer your pudding, alternating with blueberries or your favorite fruit. Top with cinnamon and hemp seeds.

You may put this in your refrigerator over night, or let it set for 15 minutes.


Enjoy with some crushed almonds on top!

Simple, delicious and oh so good for your gut, brain and nervous system.
