Zoodles and Marinara Sauce

Many of you have asked that I share ways to use muun chi products to make your meal making easier. This is a time saver and one that is packed with gut loving ingredients!! It uses noodles made from zucchini which is abundant this time of year, and one of muun chi ‘s newest product - the Fermented Beet Marinara sauce.

2 large zucchini (or your favorite pasta if you eat pasta)

1 8 oz jar of muun chi Marinara Sauce

Vegan Parmesan for garnish

Chopped parsley

Zoodle your zucchini with a zoodler (if you don’t own one, I highly recommend you get one! They are inexpensive and so useful for making noodles out of veggies.)

You may choose to keep them raw or you may lightly sauté them in a little olive oil. Add the sauce and stir til creamy. If you want to add some muun chi CoCoFir to make them even creamier that’s yummy.

You may sprinkle them with a homemade vegan Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Mince a cup of cashews mixed with 3 T nutritional yeast and a touch of salt. Keeps fresh for a few weeks and so delicious. Add chopped veggies and beans if you want to make this dish even more beneficial! Enjoy!!! Packed with protein and fiber your gut bugs will be in heaven!
