Tomato Probiotic Nondairy Butter

I remember the first time I ever had the combination of sun dried toatoes, feta cheese and fresh basil. I was on a picnic with my daughter in Italy. The taste was divine. Think of me sitting on a hillside with Ren spreading this nondairy cheese and a fresh leaf of basil on a slice of freshly baked bread ...


1 jar of muun chi vegan butter, softened

1 jar of muun chi plain nondairy cheese

3 T Tomato paste

1/2 c chopped fresh basil

5 sun dried tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

optional chopped nuts


Bring all ingredients to room temperature. Mix in a food processor. Let sit in an open bowl in the fridge til desired thickness. Great served as a spread or warmed as a sauce. Perfect for a picnic on a warm sunny fall day. It reminds me of summer .
