Happy Hemp Hormone Salad

This is a salad i make whenever I'm on the run. It's so good for my endocrine system and it keeps me making all the hormones I need to stay happy, healthy and full of energy during the day and sleeping well at night.

I love this dressing so much, I keep it in a jar in my fridge all the time. The hemp seed is packed with protein and omega -3 s, so important for healthy hormone production. I love hemp seed !

Dressing:

1/4 c CoCoFir

2 T muun chi Sweet Immunity honey

2 tsp hemp

1 tsp white balsamic vinegar or muun chi Golden Turmeric Kvass

1/2 tsp cumin

Protein:

30 oz of your favorite beans (you know I love the white navy but the garbanzo works well too)

Salad:

1/2 red onion sliced in thin slivers

1/2 avocado, diced

6 grape tomatoe, halved

Arugula and dandelion greens

Mix all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until combined. If you prefer not to have creamy dressing with no chunks, feel free to put in a blender.

I love yo mix this dressing with my beans and eat this bean blend as a go to quick protein and hormone boost.

For a nice meal I throw the dressing and beans on top of an arugula and dandelion green salad, with avocado, onion and tomatoes. It's simple and divine. Feel free to sprinkle more hemp seed on top...Happy hormones!!
