Magical moon milk

My dad’s body is getting weak. As much as he would love to be around for the birth of Riki and Scott’s baby late September, his body is tired. Sadly he had to be admitted into the hospital again for another blood transfusion and a series of tests for possible internal bleeding. I decided to mix up some yummy moon milk in the form of a probiotic shake, since he’s restricted to an all liquid diet. It helps with inflammation, and allows him to relax into a deep sleep. Sleep gives us all an opportunity to restore and regain some energy.

1 c almond mylk

1/4 tsp each of

cinnamon

turmeric

ashwaghanda

1 T muun chi CoCoFir

1 date

Blend til frothy… oh the joy of a nice deep sleep under the full moon. Enjoy!
