Probiotic Version of Jill’s Cranberry Salsa

Updated: Nov 20, 2023

Every year my dear friend Jill would make her delicious cranberry salsa. It is divine! This is my probiotic version and does not have any refined sugar. Cranberries have so many terrific health benefits but they are tart and so our tendency is to add lots of sugar to make it palatable. Try this recipe instead. I find it just as wonderful and I still think about angel Jill when I'm making it and sharing it with friends:)

2 cups chopped raw cranberries

2 teaspoon grated orange zest

3 granny smith apples, peeled and diced

3 oranges seeded and diced

1 bunch mint, chopped

1 bunch green onions, trimmed and chopped

1-4 Serrano chilies

1/2 jar of muun chi Sweet Immunity (use the citrus one if you don't want it spicy)

You may choose to add more honey if it's too tart.

I wish you the most wonderful thanksgiving with friends and family!! You truly have become family to me. I am so grateful to have you in my life. I hope you know that every food I create is made with love and is shared as an expression of my love for you.

This makes enough for you to give as gifts of thanks :)

Your guests will want to take a jar home with them...
